I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location is superb, right in the heart of Bariloche, close to everything you need. The rooms are cozy and lovely, although the intermittent hum from the laundry extraction funnel outside the window was a bit distracting at times. The staff was exceptional, especially Pablo, who went above and beyond to ensure a warm welcome and assist with anything I needed.
